After garment washing, the fabric weight increases to approximately 280g. A special circular knitting machine is used to weft-knit the tubular garment pieces. A pre-designed computer program ensures the finished product has no side seams, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing finish and reduced tightness when worn. The garment is dyed with Asout dye, which creates a vintage look and a noticeable seam effect. Environmentally friendly dyes are used throughout, increasing costs. The entire garment is sprayed with a monkey-based fading agent, using a potassium permanganate solution sprayed onto the garment. Through a chemical reaction, the color fades evenly, producing a frosty white effect. The monkey-based fading agent ensures more even fading. The fading is controlled to create a retro style. The garment uses a monkey-printed gradient distressing technique, with significant localized fading for a high-street feel and enhanced distressing effect. The collar and cuffs feature distressed details and multiple hand-distressed details. The prints are created using imported high-nozzle direct-to-garment digital printing machines, resulting in rich colors and accurate color separation. However, the prints are not solid; the original fabric color is visible through the print. A white transparent protective coating prevents the print from peeling off. The small print next to the print is clear and legible. The cuffs and hem are stitched using a retro single-line overlock technique. A complete set of custom hangtags and accessories are included, along with a small angel anti-counterfeiting label. All packaging stickers and codes are also included.
