Obosneaker Shipping Process

What else do you need to do after placing an order?

1.Confirm Order Information

Usually within 24 hours after your payment, the customer service will send you an "order information confirmation" via WhatsApp or email, please check whether the size, address, phone number and other information are correct. If everything is ok, please reply to customer service "everything is correct".

⚠If you do not confirm the information and reply, we will not send the goods.

2.Confirm QC pictures

The QC (Quality Control) pictures  is to let you know the quality of the shoes received in advance.Usually within 2 days after confirming the order information, the customer service will send you photos of your shoes for confirmation. If you are satisfied, please reply to customer service "everything is correct", then we will ship the shoes.

⚠If you do not confirm the information and reply, we will not send the goods.

3.Track Your Order

After you confirm the QC, the customer service will send you the delivery picture and tracking number of the order within 1-3 days. You can check the location of your package at any time through the tracking number.
