To ensure you shop worry-free, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return guarantee on every order! Within 30 days of receiving the product, you can apply for a return, refund, or exchange for orders that meet the following conditions:

✅ Conditions for applying for return or exchange

1.Product quality issues: If the shoes you received have quality defects (such as debonding, damage, etc.), please take clear photos of the product problem and describe it and send them to us. After verification, we will resend you a new product;

2. Model/size/color error: If the product received does not match the model, size or color selected when placing the order, you will also need to take photos of the product and order information. After confirmation, we will arrange for re-delivery;

!!! The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.

❌ Returns and exchanges are not accepted

1.Goods that exceed the 30-day return period after receipt;

2. Products that have been washed, worn, used, or damaged due to personal reasons;

3. Only the outer packaging is damaged, but the quality of the shoes themselves is not affected (express delivery is subject to uncontrollable factors, so returns and exchanges are not supported in such cases);

4. Wrong size ,address or style due to personal ordering error (please carefully check the size chart and product information before placing an order).

📝 Return and Exchange Process & Important Reminders

1.Contact customer service first: All return and exchange requests must first be made via👉 WhatsApp: +85246813474👉 Email: onebyonemalls@gmail.com to obtain a dedicated return address. Returns without communication will not be accepted.

2. Provide proof of return: After returning the product as required by customer service, please send the courier tracking number and valid return receipt to customer service so that we can follow up on the logistics progress;

3. Processing Time: After we receive and verify the returned product, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange a replacement or refund within 3 working days;

⚠️ Key reminder:

1.Please do not send the product to the original shipping address on the package! This address is not the return address. Sending it to the wrong address will seriously affect the progress of your return processing.

2. If the address is incorrect or incomplete when the customer places an order, resulting in the subsequent package failing to be delivered or being returned after arriving at the local location, we cannot provide free after-sales service. Please contact customer service for solutions.
